These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of my.potential (the "Service"), provided by my.potential ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

my.potential is an information and discovery tool that helps you explore realistic ideas for earning additional income based on the information you choose to share with us. The suggestions, opportunities and estimates we surface are educational and informational only.

We are not a recruiter, employer, financial adviser, investment adviser, or licensed professional service. The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, employment or investment advice and does not guarantee any specific income, employment or financial outcome.

my.potential is an informational guidance and opportunity discovery platform only.

The Platform does not operate as:

• an employment agency
• recruitment firm
• licensed financial adviser
• tax adviser
• legal adviser
• counselling service
• career advisory service
• life coaching service

Content, recommendations, insights, pathways, and opportunities presented through the Platform are general in nature and may not be suitable for every individual or circumstance.

my.potential does not:

• vet all opportunities
• guarantee employment
• guarantee earnings
• guarantee financial improvement
• guarantee suitability of opportunities
• guarantee outcomes of actions taken by users

Users are responsible for exercising independent judgment and obtaining professional advice where necessary.

my.potential is not a licensed financial adviser, tax adviser, investment adviser, credit provider, employment agency, recruiter, career adviser, life coach, therapist, counselling service, or legal adviser.

The Platform provides general educational and informational content only. Nothing on the Platform should be considered:

Use of the Platform is at the user's own discretion and risk.

my.potential is not a youth labour marketplace, recruiter, employer, childcare service, or safety-vetted work platform. We do not vet individuals, employers, households, or opportunities, and we cannot guarantee user safety in real-world interactions.

If users are under 18, parent or guardian involvement is recommended when exploring opportunities or activities suggested through the Platform. Suggestions for younger users are designed to lean towards age-appropriate, family-supported, school, community, supervised, and educational ideas — but they remain general suggestions only, not personalised safety advice.

Users (and, for minors, their parents or guardians) are responsible for assessing the suitability and safety of any opportunity before participating, sharing personal information, meeting anyone in person, or transferring money.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We process the information you provide (such as your situation, availability and strengths) to personalise suggestions for you. We treat your information with care and only use it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time from your settings or by contacting us.

Income figures shown in the Service are illustrative ranges based on publicly available information and the details you share. They are not guarantees. Real outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your effort, your location and third-party platforms.

Always independently verify any opportunity, platform, employer or service before participating, sharing personal information, or transferring money.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent activity;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or scrape the Service;
• upload content that infringes others' rights or is harmful.

my.potential surfaces ideas for lawful, legitimate opportunities such as casual work, freelance and self-employed work, local services, online microwork, community participation, and supplementary income. The Platform does not endorse or promote "cash jobs", undeclared income, unreported earnings, unlawful employment arrangements, visa breaches, or benefits fraud.

Users are responsible for complying with local laws, tax obligations, employment requirements, business registration rules, and visa conditions relevant to their situation. my.potential is not a tax adviser, legal adviser, employer, or recruitment agency, and does not provide advice on how income from any opportunity should be reported or treated.

Where in doubt, users should seek qualified professional advice before taking on paid work or starting a small business.

The Service may reference or link to third-party platforms, employers or tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or practices of any third party, and including a reference is not an endorsement.

The Service, including its design, content and software, is owned by my.potential and protected by applicable laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any suggestion will produce a particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my.potential will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost income, profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (or AUD $50 if you have not paid us anything).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others.

Some Platform features may require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, billing periods and trial offers will be clearly displayed before purchase.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the settings area of the Platform.

Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund previous charges unless required by law. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

my.potential reserves the right to:

• modify pricing;
• change subscription features;
• update billing terms,

with reasonable notice to users. We aim to keep pricing simple, transparent and accessible. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never store raw card details ourselves.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law gives you a stronger right.
